Sadly I can't find anything like that on <https://rabbitmq.com/devtools.html>,
which indicates that we're not aware of one.

rabbitmq-c will probably support that at some point, you can follow the
development at <https://github.com/alanxz/rabbitmq-c/issues/14>.
