For anyone interested in publishing or consuming messages via HTTP, the
RabbitHub plugin has been updated to work with the latest versions of
RabbitMQ (tested with 2.8.4 and higher). Many thanks to Tony for patiently
merging (and fixing where necessary) my changes.

grab the binary ez file at
