[rabbitmq-discuss] Multiple nodes on single box

I was able to run tow separate instances on ubuntu on different ports. Mnesia
and log folders can be empty initially and get populated at run time.
Configuration and plugins files should be customized for each instance. I
also needed to set up configuration file for online manager to be able see
both instances queues and exchanges activity via the UI.
