[rabbitmq-discuss] basic configuration file in ubuntu.

Kindly please ignore my previous post about shovel minimal config

Now it works.
I pick the config from 
https://github.com/rabbitinaction/sourcecode/blob/master/configs/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.config.shovel
