[rabbitmq-discuss] Options for querying bindings for an exchange

What are my options if I wanted to query what all bindings are there on a 
topic exchange per topic? Is using the management http api the only option? 
Can I use any of the client libraries to do this? I just would like to 
avoid going through http considering I already have a connection open to 
the broker. I've been using pika.
