No.

But what would that mean? The web UI is *just* a set of static resources 
that depend on the HTTP API to do their work. If there were a way to 
prevent the web UI resources from being served, there would be nothing 
to stop anyone from just loading them up from somewhere else.

What are you really trying to do here?
