This is a very vague question.

I suggest you start by downloading RabbitMQ for Debian:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-debian.html

and then read the docs on clustering:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/clustering.html

and mirrored queues:

http://www.rabbitmq.com/ha.html
