[rabbitmq-discuss] Introducing RabbitMQ-Web-STOMP plugin!

Good news!

We'd like to introduce a new plugin: RabbitMQ-Web-STOMP. It is our
recent attempt to expose messaging in browsers.

This plugin is basically a bridge between RabbitMQ-STOMP
and a Websockets server (SockJS).
