[rabbitmq-discuss] SuSE: 2.8.0 start script uses 'runuser'

Yes, it would.

The setsid fix has gone into the 2.8.1 release, but means we are using su.

If anyone has any advice about the correct use of startproc
we would be very grateful to receive it.
