[rabbitmq-discuss] DotNet method IModel:QueueDeclare missing

Hi there
We're trying to use RabbitMQ in C# and the method call to
IModel.QueueDeclare results in a MethodNotFound error.

I checked the API docs, it shows QueueDeclare as a valid method that
should be supported by the library.

WTH?

I tried downloading the binary (.exe) as well as compiling it, and
both give the same error.
