RPM only knows about the dependencies it has itself installed. You 
should either install Erlang and RabbitMQ RPMs, following the 
instructions at http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-rpm.html (probably the 
preferred option), or install self compiled Erlang with the generic Unix 
tarball (http://www.rabbitmq.com/install-generic-unix.html).
