[rabbitmq-discuss] rabbitMq how to create the server

you need to download and install:
1. erlang runtime, e.g. win 7 x64 you need "erlang_runtime_win64_R15B01.exe"
2. rabbitmq server: e.g. rabbitmq-server-2.8.2.exe

To create the client (producer and consumer), you need the rabbitmq client 
for java.
