[rabbitmq-discuss] amqp_framing.h not found!

Hi,
   I have some little experience with RabbitMQ in Java/Android though I am 
new to C++ in RabbitMQ. I am trying to run some code from 
http://code.google.com/p/rabbitcpp/. Though  MSVC gives "amqp_faming.h: no 
such file or directory" error.

Steps I have done:
1. Install MinGW
2. Install Python
3. bash-3.1$ etc/build-ms.sh (works fine)
4. Include "amqp\dist" and "librabbitmq\" into external path

though I am not sure how to do : "C:>bash bash-3.1$ mount 'C:\mingw' 
/mingw" and what to do with codegen.

Are there any tutorials for C++ (like Java)?
