[rabbitmq-discuss] several further questions

Hi,

I have several questions about RabbitMQ below, please help.
I have been using Ruby and Perl for programming.

* What's the difference between "consume" and "get" for a consumer?
* Where to setup the message acknowledgment?
* If message acknowledgment is enabled, will the consumer send the ACK 
automatically, or by a method call?
* Any guide for transaction? for example, commit and rollback a transaction.
