[rabbitmq-discuss] After waking from standby Rabbit uses 100% cpu (Windows)

Hi, Galmok:

How long does the CPU stay busy in this way?  And what do you see in the
Rabbit logs?

I have noticed that Mnesia sometimes gets a bit hyperactive around
sleeps/wakes, in particular complaints about being "overloaded" in the
logs, but this usually relents fairly quickly.
