[rabbitmq-discuss] [announcement] amqp gem 0.9.7 is released

amqp gem 0.9.7 is released to rubygems.org [1].

* Support for decoding of 64 bit signed integers in attribute tables (headers) that RabbitMQ federation plugin uses
* Any incoming traffic is now treated as server heartbeats
* Heartbeats are disabled by default again

As usual, all users are encouraged to upgrade.
