[rabbitmq-discuss] Important change in amqp gem master

Deprecated code from amqp gem 0.6.x and 0.7.x release series is now REMOVED
in master [1]. We have had deprecation warnings in place for over 6 months now and currently working
towards 1.0 release. Time for old poorly named classes and other cruft to go.

If you still haven't migrated to 0.8.x and later releases, time to do it. See our migration guide [2]
for more information.
