Command recommanded on the page to enable the plugin

rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_management

Seems not to work - OS says command does not exist...

I found something like 
rabbitmq-activate-plugins in /usr/sbin and it seems to do something if I put it like this:

rabbitmq-activate-plugins enable rabbitmq_management

The web page should be fixed to reflect the change as long as I'm not making a mistake, of course.
