Hmm. Do you mean it is explicitly displaying "0 msg/s" or that it is 
just not showing message rates at all?

There are some bugs that have been fixed since 2.7.1 that might lead to 
the statistics database crashing, and thus not showing message rates, 
but nothing that I'm aware of that would lead to "0 msg/s" displaying.
