[rabbitmq-discuss] Are parameter names missing from the exported JSON file in 3.0.0.0?

I just exported the definitions for a broker and upon inspecting the JSON file it appears as  though the parameter names are missing.

I've not tried importing a definition file yet.  I just happened to catch it.
