[rabbitmq-discuss] Config rabbitMQ to load balance

I use rabbitMQ queues wuth WCF .net.
My config looks like:
 <rabbitMQBinding>
        <binding name="rabbitMQConfig"
                 hostname="localhost"
                 receiveTimeout="00:00:01"
                 sendTimeout="00:00:01" port="5672"
                 protocolversion="AMQP_0_9_1"
                 oneWay="true"/>
      </rabbitMQBinding>

     and my service is:
        <endpoint name="SelectImageActivity" 
address="soap.amqp:///TryQueue" binding="rabbitMQBinding" 
bindingConfiguration="rabbitMQConfig" contract="IMessageSender" />

It works with this config.

 Now I want to use queues with HA parameter but my service don't get any 
message from the queue.
What I need to change to get it works?
