[rabbitmq-discuss] Possible disconnected queue?

So I don't know exactly what the state of this queue is but its been disconnected from all producers and consumers though still is bound to a topic but remains in the rabbit-admin…

Clicking on that queue reveals…

Digging into the logs reveal…

The queue can't be deleted via the admin plugin and I can't declare anymore queues with that name because its still apparently active.
My only work around at the moment is to restart the disk node which I'd rather not do. Is there a way to restart the management plugin without also restarting the node? Would that even help?
I'm on RabbitMQ 2.8.4 and Erlang R14B04 in a 1 disk node set up. Any ideas?
