[rabbitmq-discuss] Get the latest consumer read time

Hi, Guys,
       I write a system which write the data to the queue when there are
some consumer(s) listening on it. But i cannot find the routine which can
help me, could somebody can tell me how to check whether there are some
consumer listening on it? Thanks very much!
