[rabbitmq-discuss] Install a plugin in the broker

Yes, this is the trace, I connect a consumer and one publisher, when I
publish a message with:
channel.basic_publish(exchange='testing',routing_key='',body='Hello
World!', properties=data)

The broker throws the following:
