[rabbitmq-discuss] Queues creation in cluster

I am setting a cluster of two nodes, accessing the cluster through load
balancer, creating queues on demand, since queue relay in only one node, how
can I make sure queues are created equally on both nodes.

Does RabbitMQ has any knowledge about workload on each node, or he just
randomly pick one of the nodes to create the queue in ?

If I need to load balance queues creation equally between the two nodes
myself, does anyone know of any plugging to do that ?
