[rabbitmq-discuss] Fail to run the broker as a service or app - erl_crash.dump is created every time

running erl seems ok.

If I run erl.exe, I get erl command prompt like this:
Eshell V5.8.5  (abort with ^G)
1>

running werl.exe also opens a command prompt window.

And here is my rabbitmq start output:
