[rabbitmq-discuss] Amqphp - new release

Hi Marek,

Mine is a complete rewrite from the ground up.  I'd be happy to implement
the tutorial demos - I've already done a basic port of Alvaro's "Thumper"
demos - have a look in the Amqphp demos dir on Github.
