[rabbitmq-discuss] Just performed an upgrade, rabbitmq not seeing plugins

RabbitMQ plugins are specific to a broker version. i.e. You can't use old
plugins on new broker versions.

See http://www.rabbitmq.com/plugins.html

Basically you can download the latest versions of your plugins from that
page.
