[rabbitmq-discuss] Just performed an upgrade, rabbitmq not seeing plugins

Hi All,

I just performed an upgrade to 2.6.1 for rabbitmq and dumped the
plugins into /usr/lib/rabbitmq/lib/rabbitmq_server-2.6.1/plugins (the
previous plugins were in
/usr/lib/rabbitmq/lib/rabbitmq_server-2.5.0/plugins) but no matter how
many times I restart it doesn't load them. Is there an easy way to
debug this? The logs show nothing out of the ordinary.
