[rabbitmq-discuss] Plugins don't respect RABBITMQ_NODE_IP_ADDRESS

I noticed when changing the binding IP address on my RabbitMQ broker on a test machine that plugins do not respect the RABBITMQ_NODE_IP_ADDRESS variable. This includes the stomp plugin and the mochiweb based plugins.

Is this expected behavior?

from my /etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-env.conf file:

RABBITMQ_NODE_IP_ADDRESS="127.0.0.1"
