That picture is consistent with a missing broker. You need to have a
RabbitMQ broker listening on localhost:5672 . If you have not done so
already, download and run the windows installer from

http://www.rabbitmq.com/server.html

Alternatively you can set up a broker on another host and modify the
tutorial source code accordingly.
