I'm afraid we don't have any PHP experts on the rabbitmq team.  It might
be best to send this to the rabbitmq-discuss mailing list (see
<https://lists.rabbitmq.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rabbitmq-discuss>).
Some users of RabbitMQ with PHP seem to read that list, and might be
able to provide specific advice.
