[rabbitmq-discuss] Small fix for the tutorials

Hi,

I saw that the PHP examples on the tutorial page are pointing the readers to a different PHP library than the one used on the sample code.

While the tutorials here: https://github.com/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-tutorials/tree/master/php are pointing you to the right one which is: https://github.com/tnc/php-amqplib

Could that be fixed? Yeterday a co-worker had a problem following the tutorials since he installed the wrong library version.
