The specification for these two methods is somewhat confusing. The
descriptions imply that basic.recover is a synchronous method, but it
is not specified as such. Anyone have insight on this?

1.8.3.15. Method basic.recover-async (ID 100)
Synchronous: No
This method asks the server to redeliver all unacknowledged messages
on a specified channel. Zero or
more messages may be redelivered. This method is deprecated in favour
of the synchronous
Recover/RecoverOk.

1.8.3.16. Method basic.recover (ID 110)
Synchronous: No
This method asks the server to redeliver all unacknowledged messages
on a specified channel. Zero or
more messages may be redelivered. This method replaces the
asynchronous Recover.
