[rabbitmq-discuss] video streaming

We stream MP3 data and that works quite fine. We use VLC to reencode the media into the right format, wrap the output stream into junks and publish them over the rabbit.

Big question is how to assemble the data back into a stream on the receiving site, most multimedia libraries we came across want the media source to be either a file or http-address, only a few can cope with a buffer like object.

Cheers
Josh

Betreff: [rabbitmq-discuss] video streaming

HI
I was just looking at the options of streaming a video file( say h.264 format) using rabbitmq.
Just needed some pointer on it if it is possible?
thanks
