[rabbitmq-discuss] Backing store location ?

http://www.rabbitmq.com/configure.html#define-environment-variables

- set RABBITMQ_BASE (for DB + logs) or RABBITMQ_MNESIA_BASE (for just 
the db).

(Note that although messages are not held in Mnesia, they do go into the 
directory defined by RABBITMQ_MNESIA_BASE).
