[rabbitmq-discuss] Access control

Hi !

I found a problem in our rabbit:

{amqp_error,not_found,"no exchange 'msat.x.mo' in vhost '/'",
             'exchange.delete'}

I guess an application deleted the exchange :(

1. How can i set-up permissions for a user in order to allow queues 
declare and delete but don't allow exchange.delete ?
2. Anybody had that error without an explanation ?
