Thanks for your detailed error report. I assume you are not using
cygwin. (If you are then you now have a c:/var folder, which you can
delete.)

The solution is to use c:/opt and c:/var instead of /opt and /var in
your CCAG_* variables, or at least for RABBITMQ_ROOT. If you have cygwin
available then the cygpath utility will do something similar when given
the "-m" parameter.
