[rabbitmq-discuss] New Persister merged into default

After 1237 commits to the broker, 1415 comments in bugzilla, 14 months
of work, the addition of at least 50,545 lines of code and the removal
of at least 42,866 lines of code from the broker, we finally arrive with
the last changeset, merging the final 5762 lines of code from the new
persister branch, bug21673, into default.

The new persister will be in the next release of RabbitMQ.

You should now use the default branch, not bug21673.
