[rabbitmq-discuss] java client 1.7.1 artifacts are missing from maven central repository

Hi Anton,

At this stage, the artifacts aren't available in any repository. We'd
probably recommend uploading them to a local maven repository at this point
in time. We are still looking for a proper solution to this problem, but
there aren't any definite solutions yet I'm afraid.
