[rabbitmq-discuss] How to Show my List_Queues in .net

Hello ,             My RabbitMQ Service is running in Server pc . My Connection is established by 
                      ConnectionFactory factory = new ConnectionFactory();            factory.Protocol = Protocols.AMQP_0_8_QPID;            factory.Address = server; 
i have tried    http://www.rabbitmq.com/management.html . 
      But how to show  list_queues and queue count only  in .net . 
can u plz send me some sample code in .net .... i m newbie ...
