The rabbitmq-server package in Ubuntu will get updated at some point.
But a lot of that process is out of our hands, so I'm not sure how long
it will take.

But you can easily install the latest rabbitmq-server on Ubuntu, either
by installing the .deb directly, or by enabling our APT repository, as
described at <http://rabbitmq.dwragg.eng.vmware.com/debian.html>.
