[rabbitmq-discuss] adding consumers to existing queue

I think this is the same issues as asked some weeks ago on the list
(check the archive)...also related to Python. I think I answered that it
is related to the parameters passed to the qos() method. I can not
recall the details...please look in the archive (and check for my answer).
