[rabbitmq-discuss] Configuring the broker on Fedora 10 to start the stomp-plugin automatically

Yeah, I already mentioned to Tony that the README in the stomp adapter
source code (v1.5.3) needs to be updated to reflect the new
configuration location (/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq.conf).
