[rabbitmq-discuss] Diagnosing a problem

Hey guys,
Yesterday we had a queue that was causing our web application to throw
service unavailable errors (I think the application was blocking on sending
a message to queue, but I don't know that for sure).  At some point, I
needed to restart the RabbitMQ server and when I restarted it failed to
start with a crash dump.  I saved the old data directory and I have the
crash dump, but I'm unsure how to go about investigating what went wrong.
 What should I do with them?
