If this is happening a lot, please try disabling heartbeats, and let us
know if that makes a difference.

Also: sorry if you've answered these before, but

 - are you running on Windows within a virtual machine?
 - which version of Windows is it?
 - is it a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system?
