[rabbitmq-discuss] cookie file on Windows

I can't seem to find the cookie file in "C:\Documents and
Settings\UserName\Application Data\RabbitMQ".  All I see is db and log
directories.

Am I looking at the wrong place?

I'm using the broker from hg, and I started by running the
rabbitmq-server.bat.
