Essentially it's a good idea gone wrong and hard to fix from the server's
point of view. IMHO it's unfortunate that this feature was simply removed
instead of fixed properly, but Dmitriy' points really show that the
problem should be solved differently, with lookups initiated by the client
and maybe with the help of a third party.
