Ah -- that's my mistake, I think. The number 100 was a giveaway -- it
lines up with the constant UNSENT_MESSAGE_LIMIT in
rabbit_amqqueue_process.erl :-)

tentative fix. Please try it out and let me know if it resolves the issue.
