[rabbitmq-announce] RabbitMQ 3.1.0 released

The RabbitMQ team is pleased to announce the release of RabbitMQ 3.1.0.

This release introduces eager synchronisation of mirror queue slaves, 
automatic cluster partition healing, and improved statistics (including 
charts) in the management plugin. It also adds many smaller new 
features, bug fixes and performance improvements.
